For hygienic hand rub:

• Use enough product to cover your hands whilst performing the correct procedure. Place product in the palm of your hand and rub until it fully evaporates, without forgetting fingernails, thumbs, between fingers and wrists.

For surgical hand disinfection:

• A) Wash hands, forearms and elbows. B) Brush fingernails for 1 minute (30 seconds per hand). C) Rinse. Dry hands completely.
• 1st stage of surgical disinfection: Rub 3ml portions of products onto your hands, both sides of the wrists, forearms and the whole of the elbows and keep them wet with as much product as necessary for 30 seconds.
• 2nd stage: Repeat rubing into forearms (excluding elbows) paying particular attention to edges of fingernails and between the fingers. Continue rubbing for at least 30 seconds until dry.
